Fine at First Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The intense anti-cyclone covering New Zealand is commencing to move eastward. Shallow cyclonic depressions aro located near Norfolk Island and in the Western Tasman respectively. Winds: East to north and freshening. Seas (New Zealand waters): Smooth to moderate but rising on the west coast and north of East Capo. Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to strong north-easterly, with seas becoming rough. Weather: Fine at first, but clouds increasing and rain developing in northern and western districts within about 24 hours. Temperatures milder.
