Thunderclap Causes Death of Three Coolies
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Friday, 11 p.m. CALCUTTA, June S. A severe thunderclap was responsible for the two dcatli of three coolies and injuries to two others at Madras yesterday. Fifteen men wore excavating a deep sandpit when a thunderclap shook the ground. Some of the men were overwhelmed by about 40 tons of earth.
