Appeal to Higher Court Proves Fruitless
RESERVED JUDGMENT DISMISSES CLAIM. Reserved decision lias been delivered by His Honour, Mr. Justice Fair, in a caso beard at tho last session of the Supreme Court in Palmerston North, when Garret Francis O'Rourke and Myrtle May O’Rourke, of Pahiatua, appealed against the judgment of the Magistrate's Court at Pahiatua in awarding John Henry, a teamster, of Woodvillc, £lßl Ss, with costa, a claim against appellants for injuries received as a result; of his being knocked down by a car driven by G. F. O'Rourke and owned by the latter s wife. His Honour has dismissed the appeal with £lO 10s costs and disbursements.
