RHUBARB MERINGU Half fill a pie-dish with stewed rhubarb and cover with thick fingers of stale bread. Beat the yolk of one egg with three teaspoons of sugar into half a breakfast cup of milk and pour over bread. Whip white of egg with a small tablespoon of sugar till stiff. Place on top and bake in a moderate ovon till brown. —
