Reichstag Fire Trial
KEOYER CROSS-EXAMINED BERLIN, Oct. 27. Dimitroff's searching questions to Kroyer, an Austrian Nazi, repeatedly embarrassed the Court during tho Reichstag fire trial. Kroyer gavo evidence in support of Karwahne. He identified Lubbe as Torgler’s companion in the Communist room on the day of tho fire. Dimitroff persistently questioned Kroyer until tho President intervened, saying to Kroyer, "Please don’t excite yourself, as I shall reject Dimitroff's questions anyhow.”
