LEGISLATION BEING CONSIDERED BY CABINET (British Official Wireless.) Received Friday, 7 p.m. RUGBY, Oet. 26. The legislation to be brought before the House of Commons, which resumes on November 7, was examined at sittings of Cabinet. A comprehensive Bill dealing with, tho future administration of the unern* ployment insurance fund, together with developments of training centres so that the men may be morally and physically fit to tako up work when it becomes available, is still before Cabinet in a draft form.
