Shot in Arm by Two Assailants HAD ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE IRA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Friday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 27. Major J. H. McCormich, a member of the Northern Parliament, whilo going to his home in Belfast, was held up by two men and ordered to put up his hands. Instead, he struck one on the head with a walking stick, resulting in a struggle, in which three shots were fired, wounding Major McCormich in the arm, but not seriously. Major McCormich had persistently questioned Ministers concerning measures against the Republican Army.
