Sunshine Club Spends Pleasant Afternoon

Members of the Sunshine Club spent a most enjoyable afternoon yesterday at the residence of Mrs. D. s Watson, Feathorstone street, when Mrs. Doherty was their hostess. Miss Doreen Saunders contributed two items which were greatly appreciated and there were two competitions which were won by Mrs. Mitchell. From the proceeds of tho afternoon £1 2/6 will bo forwarded to the Red Cross Society, Wellington, to assist in bringing a little Russian girl home to her parents. During a break in the afternoon delicious tea was served.
