NEW PLYMOUTH PLAYEE WINS FINAL Per Press Association. NAPIER, Last Night,
The final of the Hawke's Bay ladies’ golf championship at the Napier Club’s tournament resulted in Mrs. Clark (New Plymouth) defeating Miss O. Smith (Napier) 4 aiid 3. Mrs. Clark appeared to be the steadier of the two, constantly outdriving her opponent. Weakness in putting was the main causo of Miss Smith’s defeat.
