Still Cloudy to Overcast Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. tf A shallow depression is still situated of the West Coast of the Dominion, while an intense anti-cyclone covers the greater part of the Tasman Sea. Winds: Light to moderate and variable, but southerlies soon prevailing and freshening, especially in northern districts. Seas (New Zealand waters): Eatner rough north of Cape Egmont, elsewhere smooth to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to fresh southerly winds and rather rough seas. Weather: Still cloudy to overcast, with scattered rain in most districts. Mainly fair, however, in the western portion of tho South Island, and conditions gradually improving generally.
