DISRUPTION IN TOKIO i United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. TOKIO, Aug. 25. Eeactionarics violently disrupted a meeting of tho Pacifist Society last evening. They assaulted tho speakers, smashed windows, and distributed handbills denouncing naval restrictions and anti-war movements. Tho ringleaders were arrested.
