Texas Lines up With the “ Wets ”
23RD STATE TO VOTE FOR PROHIBITION REPEAL United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. NEW, YORK, Aug. 26. According to incomploto returns, Texas voted about two to one to ratify tho prohibition repeal amendment. So far 23 States havo rejected prohibition and complete ratification by 36 States before the end of the year is becoming increasingly probable.
