Munition Workers Go Out on Strike
DISPUTE OVER EMPLOYEE’S DISMISSAL MELBOURNE, Aug. 23. A strike occurred yesterday at the munition factories at Marybyrnong. Four hundred men are involved in a dispute over the dismissal of an employee, allegedly victimised. There will be a conference with Defence representatives to-day in an attempt to settle the affair.
