Success in Organising
An instance in the value of newspaper publicity in stimulating interest, in the formation of a new association was given in Christchurch recently by Mr. D. C. Kidd, president of the South Canterbury provincial executive of the Crown Tenants’ Association, in a speech to farmers, urging them., a branch of the association. “Much of our success in organising,’’ lie said, “has bedn duo to the generous help" given by the Press of Ne w Reports of our work published in the various newspapers have provoked hundreds of enquiries from interested .persons.’’
