Charity Ball
FRIDAY, JULY 7,
An attendance of 1500 Is expected at tlie second annual Charity Ball to be held at tho entertainment hall at the Showgrounds on Friday, July 7. The decorations of the dance hall are in the capable hands of Mr. Claude Dixon and two specialists, whilst the produce hall will be arranged as a huge drawing room. Another huge building will be set aside for sitting out parties. The supper arrangements will be in the capable hands of a large committee, and a first-class orchestra will provide the dance music. Tickets at 5s each are procurabe at Bert Pratt’s, W. M. Chrystall’s and Boss’s and from any member of the committee. The whole proceeds are in aid of tho relief funds.
