The New Zealand soccer All Blacks had a good win to-day against a strong Granville suburban side. Tho result Was New Zealand 4—o. The first half was very even, the local defence being strong. Several Now Zealand attacks were repulsed. Christie at centre was very heady, making many openings which the forwards failed to finalise. At half time there was no score.

New Zealand showed much better combination in the second half, Groves netting the first goal from a follow through. Kershaw was spectacular with strong kicks into the net three times mainly through passes from Kay on tho wing. Crabbe made a brilliant run when the last goal was scored. Tricking throe defenders he passed to Kay who completed the prettiest movement seen for some time when Jio forced Kershaw into a position for a pot and then passed him tho ball. Kershaw made no mistake. The scorers for New Zealand were Grover (1) and Kershaw (3). Zuill is in hospital with a split kidney received in tho tost match on Saturday .
