YIELDS LOWER THAN EXPECTED Per .Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. There was a spurt in tho potato market during tho mid-week due principally to operators calling for June deliveries, but matters have quietened since. Quotations to-day for whites are £4 15/- f.0.b., si., but buyers are few at this figure. The equivalent on truck values is £3 10/- to £3 12/6. Dakatos appear to be very scaro as £5 15/- f.0.b., si., is being quoted and the market is very firm. There is very little disposition on tho part of traders to deal in forward deliveries.
