TWENTY-NINTH ANNUAL MEETING. Tho twenty-ninth ordinary annual meeting of Cerebos, Ltd., was held at Cerebos House, London, on March 22, 1933. The directors' report discloses the fact that tho company has enjoyod another very successful year, the multiplicity of lines manufactured and marketed by tho company still finding favour with millions of people thrdughout the world. The net profit for the year ending November 30, 1932, is shown as £290,199 16s lid, and this, together with a balance of £123,074 8s 6(1 brought forward from tho provious year, leaves £413,274 5s 5d for distribution, of which sum the directors recommend the payment of a dividend on the paid-up capital of £500,000; the transfer of £IOO,OOO to the reserve account, and tho balance of £163,274 5s 5d carlied forward-
