Is One Sister to Do the Work of Six ?
To the Editor. Sir, —Being interested in local body affairs, and particularly so in the excellent work our hospital is doing, I am asking through your columns for information. Tho Times yesterday morning had an advertisement stating a vacancy for a ward Sister. Rumour ■has it that six ward Sisters havo resigned. Is this true? If so, does the board, in its precipitated economies due to difficult times, expect one Sister to do the work of six? Many interested in our hospital are concerned about this matter.
