Tom Mix May Visit New Zealand Shortly
Tom Mix has announced that ho will temporarily retire from talking pictures following the completion of his ninth film, “The Rustlers’ Round-up.” His recent illness and accidents have convinced him that lie needs a rest, and so the Western star plans a leisurely tcur of tho world, taking his trained horses and associates with him. Mix estimates his retirement' from the screen as at least 18 months, and there is a possibility he may turn Ms back upon movies and accept a circus contract after visiting Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan and South America. Tom Mix’s newest pictures for reicase are: “Oh, Promise Me” and “Flaming Guns.”
