“ Robber’s Roost ” Will Feature George O’Brien
What is said to be George O’Brien’s best "outdoor” picture to date, "Robbers’ Roost,” will be seen on the Kosy screen on March. 29. It is based on an exciting Zane Grey story of the Arizona cattle country and is played by a cast that includes such a favourite as Maureen O’Sullivan. Most of the production was made at the actual locale of the story, thus guaranteeing the pictorial qualities of the picture. Louis King directed for Fox Films from Dudley Nichols’ screen play. How romance brings about a change of heart in a would-be cattle rustler forms the theme. Maude Eburne and Robert Greig supply much of the comedy of the film, and the cast also includes Reginald Owen, Doris Lloyd, William Pawley and Walter. : McGrath Gorgeous natural settings and one of the most exciting gun battles ever seen on the screen are said to add to entertainment qualities of this Fox offering.
