From Our Own Correspondent. Rifle Club Shoot Weather conditions were perfect on Saturday for the fourth shoot for the Apiti Itiflo Club championship belt, which was firod at 300, 500 and 600 yards. Scores were registered as follow:—A. E. McKenzie, 31, 34, 31—96; D. C. Beckman, 30, 34, 30 —94; Don McKenzie, 33, 30, 26 —80; G. E. Elliott, 30/ 28, 30— SS; T. W. Pratt, 3], 2S, 29—88; W. McKenzie, junr., 26, 30, 2S —B4; N. Viles, 27, 32, 25—54; E. G. Buckman 22, 30, 31—83; H. Wildbore, 21, 30, 21—72. Personal Mrs. A. Scarrow, of Eaetihi, is the guest of Mrs. S. Martin at Martor. block. Mrs. J. Cautwell is at present spending a holiday in Whakatane. Mrs. Arthur Prince and her son are on a holiday visit to Te Awamutu. Mrs. J. Aird and her children have returned from an enjoyablo holiday in Auckland. Miss D. Swift, also returned from Auckland during the week. Tennis Apiti A and B teams met on Saturday for the first game in the third round of the Haythorne Cup competition.
