Monthly Meeting Of Y.W.C.A. Board
The monthly meeting of the Y.W.C.A. Board was held at. the hostel yesterday, Mrs. H. .Sinclair presiding. Tho matron reported that there wore 14 permanent guests and 26 casuals had been accommodated during the month. It was reported that tho garden party held recently had been a great success. Hearty votes of thanks were accorded Dr. and Mrs. E. C. Barnett for lending their garden and to all who had assisted with tho function. It was decided to hold a jumble sale at the club rooms on April 1. As the next board meeting falls on Good Friday, it was resolved to put the meeting forward one week. Donations were gratefully acknowledged from Mrs. Pointon and Mr. Greeves, and when routino business was concluded afternoon tea was served.
