The depression over tho Tasman Sea has deeponed while the following anticyclone has remained stationary over tho Australian bight. Tho southerly change is therefore delayed. Winds; Northerly and moderate to strong. Seas (N.Z. waters): Moderate for the most part, but rather rough at times. Tasman Sea: Moderate to strong north to west winds; seas rather rough to rough. Weather: Cloudy, misty or foggy and warm, with rain developing in most districts.
