IN PROHIBITED PORTS United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright TOKYO, Jan. 26. The authorities were not satisfied with the excuses offered by four Soviet whalers in entering a prohibited port in the Bonin Islands, and tho vessel? were brought to Yokohama under naval escort. Besides tho crew, several suspicious persons aboard will be examined by the metropolitan polico.
