HIS MAJESTY DESIRES STANDARDISED TIME. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, Jan, 25. At His Majesty’s express wish the standardised playing of the' National Anthem by civilian as well as Army bands and orchestras will be the outcome of an Army order. The rearrangement of the Anthem does not alter the harmony, but the tempo is different, enabling a.standard rendering in accordance with the necessary dignity.
