NEW BODY IN ITALY REORGANISATION PLAN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ROME, Jan. 22.
Cabinet has decided to create an Institute of Industrial Reconstruction with tho object technically and financially of reorganising industries ms oy the depression in order to bo in readiness for the return of prosperity. The scheme provides for a loan for depressed industries, also for £944,000 per annum for 20 years to assist in the winding up of moribuud concerns without unduo distress to creditors.
