TED PHELPS TO ROW ALF BURNS

The Lord Mayor of Sydney (Aiderman Hagon), speaking at the reception of tho English speedway riders to-day, announced that Ted Phelps will defend his world’s sculling title on the Parramatta river in Sydney this year against Alf Burns.
