German Opinion Justifies France
DECEIVED BY AMERICA BERLIN, Dec. 14. Tlie Socialist newspaper “Vorwaerts,” commenting on tho French default, says: “The widespread anger of the French publie at the possibility of payment is completely justified, because America’s attitude is both imprudent and unjust. Franco feels that America has deceivod her on a technicality. The danger of France refusing to ratify the Lausanne Agreements must not bo ,underestimated. ’ ’
