McCabe Has Been Maturing In Bradman’s Shadow Even when Australian Test teams seem to be below their wonted standard English teams are wary of the possibility of their having “something up their sleeve.” Something similar to such a conjuring trick has been done this time, for although McCabe’s potentialities have been on view for a couple of years attention has been rather distracted from them by the performances—and the expectations—of Bradman.
