City Band Dance
Tiio City Band fortnightly dance was held on Monday, tho lmll being filled to its full capacity. Thcro was an extraordinarily large attendance. Mr. S. Bangay carried out tho duties of M.C. The Monto Carlo was won by Mrs. Lampard and Mr. Altree, and the statue dance by Mrs. Altreo and Mr. McCulloch. Tho music wa3 supplied by Mr. Spencer (piano) and Mr. Gough (violin). A dainty supper was' hanuca round by the ladies’ committee.
