Palmerston North Golf Club

The recent warm spell resulted in a phenomenal growth of grass at the Te Matai golf course but members of the Palmerston North Golf Club will be glad to know that the fairways have ail been cut during the week and that the course should be in tip-top condition for Saturday. The Palmerston North Club has made rapid progress since the decision was made to shift to Te Matai and it is not surprising that it was found necessary to go ahead with the building of a club house. This has now been completed and members will appreciate their new quarters. The season is due to close on Haturday week but the course will be available for summer golf.
