G. G. Tolhurst and Son have received instructions from Mr. G. M. Tolhurst, who has recently purchased the farm at To Horo formerly owned by Air. Windley, to call for tenders for the lease of the property in two blocks. Homestead Block 119$ acres approximately level land, through which runs the Alangaone stream. Buildings comprise large eight roomed house with range, hot and cold water, electric light. Outside rooms, woodshed, washhouse; barn, stables and implement shed, six bail cowshed with electricity laid on. Small Block 47$ acres approximately level land, watered by streams, with a four roomed cottage.
