Postal Blockade of Manchuria

Official orders have been issued withdrawing all post offices from Manchuria. The mails will not be affected via Siberia. Chinese officers have been instructed not to accept postal matter bearing Manchuluo stamps.

The orders virtually amount to a postal blockage of the new Republic. The importance of the move is indicated by the fact that 360,000 square miles arc involved.

It is believed all the higher officials will bo withdrawn though it is expected tho juniors, because of economic reasons, will remain in tho service of the Manchuluo post otiice.
