Among cricketing memories is his friendship and fellowship with Vic. Trumper, who called him “Uncle.” Ilis evangelistic meetings have been a blessing to thousands, and he comes to Palmerston North after special visits to Christchurch, Invercargill and Dunedin. Mr. Preston will be welcomed at St. Paul’s this evening and will commence- his campaign of ten days with three services to-morrow.
