Medical Inspection Of School Children
To the Editor. Sir, —Please allow me a little space in your valuable paper to say how we mothers in the country do appreciate Dr. Elizabeth Gunn’s visits to our schools. It is not because we arc not interested in her coming that we are not there, luit because the school is so far away. I know some mothers who walked over three miles to see Dr. Gunn quite recently, and -who -were very pleased at the kind way in which the doctor examined tho children and put the mothers on tho right road for the children’s health. I certainly do think all mothers should take notice of Dr. Gunn’s reports on their children. What a help they will bo to us in tho years to come. Three cheers for Dr. Gunn! —I am, etc. ; A MOTHER.
