Well-known Dunnedinite’s Sudden Death
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Last Night. A man named Hugh McAllum' dropped dead in George street this morning. Deceased, who was connected with J. Ilott’s, Ltd., in Wellington some years ago, was for the last four years manager of the Cash Provident Order Company in this city. He was wellknown in musical circles and in his younger days was a successful heavyweight lifter.
