BOMB PLOTS FRUSTRATED. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, May 22. The Times’ Madrid correspondent states the police appear to have frustrated large scale Anarchist outrages, including the assassination of the Premier and the Minister for the Interior. These were planned for May 29. They discovered a quarter of a ton of dynamite in Madrid. High explosives labelled “First-class Olives” wore seized at Seville. Eighty-five large bombs fully loaded and fused were discovered between two walls of a house at Manresa. Soveral conspirators have been arrested. The ringleader escaped, possibly by an aeroplane.
