Home Making
There are tasks connected with the smooth, ordering of a homo which are sometimes irksome, states an Australian writer, and some that, in themselves, may seem positively disagreeable. No achievement of monumental importance is ever accomplished without a great deal of what, t-o those who do not understand, would seem to be sheer drudgery; but it is not necessary “to get into the wash tub.” Home making is an achievement, a tremendous one, sending its influence through all the avenues of social, political and business relationships. Looking above the dish-pan to the view on a" far horizon. where wo hope to see a growing sign of peace and harmony among all nations, and holding fast to the love which twines its tendrils around every daintily served meal and every happily accepted responsibility,' gives to home making a radiance that can shed its clarifying influence on many _ of the questions that are to-day vexing men and women.
