■DUBLIC NOTICE is licrcby given that it is the intention of the Kiwitea Babbit Board at a Special Meeting to bo held at Kimbolton on the Oth day of June, 1932, to make and levy a General Bate of live-eighths of one penny (5/Bd. per aero under the provisions and authorities of “The Bating Act, 1925,’ ’ and “The Babbit Nuisance Act, 1928,“ and amendments (if any) on the area in the Kiwitea Babbit District, excluding the area in the Waituna Group; also to make and levy a General Bate of two pence (2d) per acre under the provisions and authorities of “Tho Bating Act, 1925,“ and Section G 7 of “The Babbit- Nuis-' anec Act, 1928,“ on the area in the Waituna Group comprising Sections 3, 32, pt. 33, 34/36 and 3S/39, Block X; Sections 3/5, '29, 37, 40, 42/44, pt. 47, 64, 69 and 72 Block XI; Sections 2,4, 6, 8 and 10, Block XII; Sections 17, 22/3, 26, pts. 284/288, Block XIV; Sections 1/15, 25, 27/28, 296/300, Block XV; and Sections .7/9 11/13, and 19, Block XVI, Ongo S.D.
