BILL TO GUARD CANADA FROM UNDUE RISK. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, May 10. Parliament may be asked to pass a Bill authorising tho Government to take the ncccssa.ry stops to meet a financial crisis should one develop on this continent. Tho Prime Minister (Rt. Hon, R. B. Bennett) indicated that the Government was considering such a measure. It would bo provided that any such legislation should come into effect only upon proclamation.
