A number of buzzards which have been so imprudent as to select tho gilded dome of the now Capitol in Havana, Cuba, as a suitable landing-place will henceforth regret their choice. So vexed arc tho members of the Senate at this disrespect for their fine new building that the dome, which was tho favourite roosting placo of the buzzards, will in future bo charged with electricity. Any bird landing there in future will receive quick despatch.
