ITS INGREDIENTS
A new cocktail lias been invented in honour of the president of the Disarmament Conference. Mr Arthur Henderson, the British cx-Forcign Secretary. Its ingredients revealed to the world with mock solemnity recently arc: Vodka, sherry, gin, and French vermouth in c qua] parts, with a dash of Angostura bitters.
