Feilding Stock Sale
STORE SHEEP BRISKER All sections were well tilled at the Foil ding stock sale yesterday, when the offering of store sheep experienced a much brisker inquiry, resulting m wethers realising stronger rates. Rates for fat ewes and wethers were on a par with last week, although the better lines sold at slightly advanced rates. Fatlambs again met with strong competition, freezing interests making the market brighter for vendors, wdio obtained an advance on last week’s quotations. Fat cattle met with a slow sale, with no variation on late prices, while a limited offering of dairy lines met with fair competition.
