FINDING OTHER WORK FOR THEM Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. In the House to-day, replying to Air. F. Langstone, Bt. Hon. J. G. Coates said efforts wero being advanced to make some provision for the men who wore being dismissed from the public works. 110 would announce at a later date what form that provision would take. Alcanwhile a complete list of the men concerned, their qualilications, responsibilities and occupations was being compiled with a view to ascertaining whether they could be absorbed in other avenues of employment. If employment could not be found, at least somo measure of relief would be furnished pending an improvement in the general outlook.
