An Unusual Sweet
APRICOT SNOWFLAKES.
Soak a tcacupful of dried apricots overnight. Now boil a rjlb. of rico in plenty of water until soft, and drain it. Line it, greased basin with, the rice and pour in the apricots. Pour a table-spoonful of honey or golden syrup on the aprisots, and fill up the basin with the remainder of the rice. Cover with greased paper and steam for an hour, after which, turn ouL and serve.
