The attendance at tho Anglican Church euchre on Tuesday evening was not quite, as large as usual, nevertheless a. delightful evening was much enjoyed by all present.. Mrs. N H. Greenhow w r as successful in winning the ladies' prize and Mr. L. 0. Pascoe was the succeessful gent, The consolation prizes were, won by. Mrs. J. Henaghan and Mr. H_ Bcaglcy, junior_ Tho prizes for the points prize series •which were concluded last Friday w r eek were awarded. The successful players in this series were: Ladies, Mrs. E. H. Godfrey 3, Mrs. J Armstrong (who defeated Miss M. Godfrey in the play oil) 2. Gents: Mr_ A_ Eaisin 1, Mr. V. C. Taplin 2_ Althought Tuesday evening was to have concluded the season, at the request of those present, it was decided to hold at least ono more evening, this season. Therefore another evening will be held on next .Friday fortnight. In the junior Eugby lixtures for Saturday, the Bunnythorpo team will bo required to, meet .St. Patricks, at Bunnythorpo. Tho following players .will be required to use their , weight and skill for Bunnythorpo’s side:— W, Powoll, E.. Duthic,. H. Godfrey, W. Sutherland, P. Eastwood, .T. Pinfold, C. Pinfold, J. Powell, E. Clevcly, E. Mitchell, E. William ;. F, Burton, H. Jefferies, H. Gore, M. Thomas, M. Donald. Play will commence at 2 p.m. The Bunnythorpo Women’s Institute is celebrating its first birthday this month. In honour of the occasion a euchre and dance is being arranged for next week. First class music nas been procured for the dance and novelty dances will bo staged during the evening, while good prizes will bo awarded for the euchre. The Methodist Bible Class also will hold a social in tho hall next week
