Johnsonville Sale
Messrs. Wright, Stephenson & Go., Rtd., aud Abraham & Williams, Ltd., report on Johnsonviiie sale held on Wednesday, as follows: in spite of the inclement weather there was a mi go attendance of buyers present. We offered a medium yarding ox cattle and a large yarding of all masses of sheep. Gaitlc: The cattle yarding comprised good quality medium weight bullocks with a few peus of heavier sorts. A consignment of cows also came forward. Prices showed no alteration on last week's rates. Vealers were yarded up to the usual numbers aud met with a good sale. Sheep: The quality of the yarding was better than last week. This partly accounted for the firming in values. Wethers and ewes showed an advance in price up to Is per head. Lambs were dull of sale.
