Stabilising Germany’s Finance
EXPERTS’ PRELIMINARY CONVERSATIONS
British Official Wireless. Received Thursday, 9.50 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 12.
A Basle message states that preliminary conversations have taken place between tho bankers’ representatives and the committee of exports set up by the International Bank with a view to tho signature on Friday of the protocol which would stabilise for three months the short-term credit to Germany of about £125,000,000.
