SOCIALISATION COMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATION TO THE A.L.P. SYDNEY, Aug. 12. The Herald says that sinister plans to change the platform of the Australian Labour Party, so as to make it a straight-out revolutionary organisation, have been formulated by members of the Socialisation Committee of the party. A meeting of delegates from the socialisation units adopted a report recommending that the objective of the Labour Party should not be achieved by parliamentary methods, as provided in the present constitution, but by revolutionary methods. The adoption of the report represents a sweeping victory for the Reds, who were in complete control of tho meeting.
